I don't know if people realise SCH no longer has the "oh sh*t" skill that was Lustrate. In my opinion, it's not even that great in heal mode, so out of it it's useless.

While what you said is true about it being useless in cleric stance. I personally feel lustrate has gotten better with the ability to crit. I've been healing far more per lustrate in 3.x content than I ever did in ARR.
