The tooltip does not give you half the info; you not geing able to read what things mean and learn how their work is not a tooltip problem.

I know what the AST tooltips say, and it's pretty clear that refresh is related to resource recovery. It's not rocket science to understand what the LA refresh means from the card tooltips, so please just stop trying to make it look like as if it is. The refresh effect is easily noticeable if you're paying attention, which Bunny clearly wasn't.
Being casual does not excuse anyone from trying to be better. Casual players come in here all the time saying that things are either too hard or broken simply because they can't do it from not even trying or learning the basics about their jobs.

I'm also under no obligation of sugar coating anything for your convenience. Learn to deal with people being better than you at stuff you want to be good at. The fact that only 1% of people can do something (clearing Dusk Vigil? Really?) is irrelevant in this case. If only 1% of people cleared Savage on Week 1 as AST that means there's absolutely no excuse for you not being able to clear a DUNGEON when HW was launched. Honestly, people should be ashamed of coming to the forums to say that a job is broken when they can't clear dungeons. That's a level of arrogance that can't be measured.
And yes, the word is arrogance. It's not humble at all to assume that you're not responsible for your own failures; people didn't come in here looking for help to learn their job better. They came stating that the job was broken because it was inconceivable to them that there was any possibility that they weren't playing it properly. So please, if you want to be taken seriously in here, start trying harder and stop saying things you know nothing about.
