It's literally impossible to override an adlo with a succor unless you were in cleric stance when you casted adlo or something, the bigger shield always stays. Good post otherwise though.Largest shield wins. But also be aware that the way crit functions with adlo and succor is different. Crit adlo = 2x crit value of shield. Crit succor = crit value of shield. So adlo that crits for 1000 will shield for 2000, succor crits for 1000 it shields for 1000 (figures chosen for clear demonstrative purpose, not reality). So this being the case, when you crit on an adlo, you do not want to overwrite it with succor. Basically you dont want to be overwriting adlo with succor at all if you can help it.
