Can't buy zeta replica?

I was way too broke to do a Zeta when it was "in" - I finished the quest, got the weapon and the title, and the "Zodiac Complete" on my screen - I figured I was done with the quest entirely, and I only wanted it for glamour. Now I'm being told to "just go ahead and do another weapon to Zeta" by GMs and customer service. That is their resolution. I hope GMs here are being honest and they're really looking into a fix.. I am just devastated.

I'm pretty devastated too. I completed my Zeta pre 3.0 when this "Vital Title" quest didn't exist. They said they couldn't help me with that item... I really hope they're even considering helping us. It's my favorite weapon and I really don't wanna go back and make a new Zeta. Getting this new relic is going to take all my time.

Would you like it better if the devs give you the zeta back and reset your Anima quest back to pre step 1?

To be honest if I was given that deal I'd take it. Running the 10 dungeons isn't a big deal. Just give me my Ragnarok Zeta back!
