But I swear there's this toxic element of entitlement these days, in which people feel that the monthly sub should guarantee you everything. "I'm a casual player, but I want to do endgame content, but it's just so hard. Can you make it easier for me?" "I want the best weapon in the game, but I'd rather not have to earn it. Can you make it easier?"

Seriously, to repeat, the only thing your monthly sub guarantees you is the right to play the game. What you do with that, is up to you. And if you think it's not fun, then I urge you, follow your gut. Unsub as fast as you can. Go play something you genuinely find fun, not something you -wish- was fun.
