Loot Table in in the new Expert is horrible

I'm starting to wonder about the purpose of even having gear in dungeons anymore. Honestly, it's become self-defeating now. Planned obsolescence is one thing, but you're supposed to do that over a period of time, not immediately. I simply don't understand.

Then again, ARR was completely the same too (almost?) every single patch. I guess I just have less tolerance for this now because I thought the devs would get serious for something as important as an expansion, but now I've ended up disappointed.
