Vote kick needs to be adjusted

Rather simple since we can only vote kick for cheating, afk, offline and harassment. Each vote kick should be reviewed by a gm, the healer had vote kick placed on them for afk, simply for checking stats out on a drop, I can only guess the tank vote kicked me for harassment because I ran into a mob. Neither of these are forms of afk or harassment.

That would mean a 24/7 surveilance in a team of atleast 20 people. You know how many votekick a day happens?
