But what's your reasoning? The fights lack any interesting mechanics, and all that will really do is drag the dungeon on further thus making them more mind numbingly boring. If they were actually difficult I'd agree, but they're not.
Part of the reason of the absence of difficulty is that you overgear it so much, you're skipping or ignoring mechanics. For example the last boss in Saint mocky, the adds that explode won't even appear if both dps is spot on with i200 weapons.

Not to say that the fights don't need unique mechanics too, the game in general is lacking a lot of innovation with each content patch for existing content (combat, dungeons, raids, jobs, DoL and DoH), and especially 3.0 in general.
