Where in this forum should i post about my willingness to buy some HQ gear for my level?
i would take a look on your servers market board. if in a FC ask if they could get you some up to date gear. i do it with my FC. i craft the HQs if i can at no charge as i have a lot of left overs.
Take a look... but don't expect to find reasonable prices. Unless it's an item that sells often but not on favorites list, it will likely be expensive. If people buy it a lot though, prices get driven down out of competition. Favorites though, they usually stay pretty stagnant at a price (but it's also usually reasonable).
But as an idea, usually an HQ item below is better than the next NQ item you can get. And NQ is normal quality, not low quality as a heads up. Luckily, there is no low quality items :P
Sometimes you'll find decent prices on the Market Board. If you've noticed someone who spends a lot of time in the towns and you always see crafting gear, you may want to try being a little outgoing and simply ask if they'd be willing to help you out with making better gear. It's hit or miss though on whether or not they will. Some will do it for free, some won't do it at all, and some will ask you to provide the supplies (which pending what you have available, this may be easy or hard). But considering your level, I wouldn't expect the materials needed to craft you gear would be difficult for a high level crafter. I'd offer to make you stuff, but I'm not on your server.
Don't worry. I'll spam cure the crap out of you with my Paladin.

Yup. Look over at your server's forum, there's probably some recruitment threads for FCs or you can post there if you want. You can also make a party finder looking for a crafter in game, which might be faster than waiting for a forum response. There may also be a new player help link shell on your server. I was part of one on Leviathan that was a full 128-member strong.
This is getting ridiculous with the dungeon waiting time, i have to wait like 20-30 mins every time i wanna enter, isnt there cross-realm matchmaking?
I wanna play the game, not sit on the internet and on forums while mousing over the game to see if i got a queue.
It should never take that long to find 4 other people to do the dungeon with, 10 mins at most, but not 20-30.

Yes, you match up with all in your data center. So for the most part, you shouldn't have issues. But DPS always have longer waits. 20-30 min wait times sound about right to me for DPS honestly. Find a friendly tank or healer to queue up with you though, and you'll notice a HUGE drop in wait time. There are a lot more DPS out there than tanks and healers. The matching is sometimes iffy though... i know there were issues with it, but it was supposedly fixed in the last maintenance patch. But I wasn't noticing much of an issue beforehand, soooo I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed anything.
I highly suggest running around an area and doing fates while waiting. It gets you company seals and experience while you wait.

You queue against the entire datacenter. Most people leveling DPS classes queue with friends or run FATES between dungeonsThis is getting ridiculous with the dungeon waiting time, i have to wait like 20-30 mins every time i wanna enter, isnt there cross-realm matchmaking?

Unfortunately, 20-30 mins is about average for a dps queue in the low level dungeons. I think melee classes are a little faster, but ranged typically has the longest wait. The best thing to do while waiting is FATEs. Once you get to lv45 there is a quick way to get to 50, about 2 hours depending on how many breaks you take. And that is doing around 50 or so leves in Mor Dhona, over by St. Coinachs (however it's spelled). Do the Grand Company levequests and the normal levequests. They will take 3-4 mins each at lv45, getting shorter and shorter each level until level 49 where most of them take about a min. (there are 2 GC leves that are a mandatory 5 mins, I usually avoid them). Same exp as fates in a fraction of the time. I've done this for most my classes, it's a lot faster than waiting for dungeon queues and even fate grinding.

Yea, I should've mentioned that. If the dungeon pops while you're doing a leve then it will pretty much screw you out of that leve. You either have to quit the leve to join dungeon, or cancel the dungeon to continue leve. I wouldn't say it's not viable, though, since the same thing can happen with a fate. It's just that fates don't cost an allowance
