I actually intend to sell my house for the same exact Price I got mines (4.4mil I think) Once I obtain a Large (Whenever the hell that is) because I know that the current situation sucks for many people, and helping out 1 person still helps.
Actually allowing your house to be demo'd would be more noble...that person you sell it to has to pay you 4.4 million and then another 4.4 million for the plot, lol.
