    I think a lot of people would be fine with that, especially if you could have other players visit. Wards are nice but I'd happily sacrifice them for the sake of actually having a house after waiting quite a long time.

    So? That has been my suggestion for ages.
    Personal housing instanced, FC housing public in an open zone the way it is now.
    But to that of course we get the answer that silences ANY complaint:
