If you post ideas then expect everyone to agree with you I apologize but I have something to contribute. You have yet to explain why should healers get special treatment and toys over dps. Tanks got incentives in 2.0 days because the amount of tanks was so bad it merited the system.You are wanting to add something to the game that resources could be better used elsewhere for more players than just healers.
