Healers are slightly more common than tanks but still quite uncommon compared with DPS; the spread is about 25/25/50 or 20/30/50.

As for "easiest of the roles," between the ridiculous speed runs that people insist on in dungeons and the 'dual hats' of damage and healing that heals are expected to wear in endgame content, are you quite sure we're thinking of the same role?

If Tanks and Healers each had their own mount then the DPS jobs would want their own mounts too. I think they should give each job their own unique mount. I definitely would like some cool unique healer titles. I'm loving "Guardian Angel"

Agree on the gear 100%. Nice gear is what keeps me coming back to content after I'm technically 'done' with it. But with most of the healer gear its...Just no. Especially not as an Auri male. I get some people might like feather shoulder pads and old lady hats but we are due for some variety by now.

The only thing I want is an achievement just like the tank.
"Heal 200 raids HL" -> Get a mount -> Be happy.

Excellent idea to reward the healers who take it the worst whenever anyone dies.
I like the idea of rewards counting on amount-of-heals. Or maybe number-of-revives. That would give incentives for the healers to keep raising people even after trolls take out their frustrations on them.

I think Healer love is really important. Some titles (not just from frontline healing) and mounts for ALL classes (cuz really that shoulda been a thing once they introduced the WHM mount) the GLAMOUR though.... Needs work: This is my Healer Glam, Color has a tendency to change but then I have to find varied feet/gloves that are dyeable which means I more often then not just leave it as White I'm a female but I hate Flowy...Chaste glamours but the options are so few! especially healers, or really casters' in general, that this is the basic look for all my casters just dps is more blue/black tones.
