Regarding the mount, each 2.0 healer had an incentive to be leveled to make healer population bigger. While Conjurer had his Unicorn mount, Scholar shares his Arcanist experience with Summoner. This draws out players attention.

As for glamour, I agree about half of what you've said. But there are a lot of good glamour you just need to find yours. Maybe healers only lack light armored robes like Daystar or Gordian.

About titles, yes healers may need some love with pvp titles I think. Other than that, the current Titles are fine.
