I believe that it is the same as the French and German versions, they use the more direct translation of the original JP source to English (pre-localization) as their reference point, not the localized English version.
This reminds me of the issues with Midgardsormr and the way he was handled in the localization, the other language versions matched the JP original much more closely then too, for the same reason.

I preferred Haurche in English.
If he's only going to know the negative, he should also know that people have positive thoughts about the character changes as well. It's only fair.
Wasn't it the same with Iceheart too?I believe that it is the same as the French and German versions, they use the more direct translation of the original JP source to English (pre-localization) as their reference point, not the localized English version.

I believe it was.
I really, really wish we had the choice between the more direct translation from JP to EN and the Localized EN version when choosing which dialog should appear during cutscenes. If you play with Japanese language cut scene audio, the localized text doesn't always make sense, so it would be wonderful if we could choose to have the translation that's more directly related to what's being spoken by the characters.
I can agree with that to a degree. It kind of reminds me of the whole Nael thing. Though that one is something I won't go on about further.I believe it was.

He's a perv in the JP version? I thought he was just into you in a romantic kind of way in the JP version, or at least that's what I've heard. So instead of just being a bisexual guy that happens to find the WoL attractive, they instead made him a pervert?I'm personally glad they changed Haurchefant, from reading his JP dialog my reaction to his sacrifice would have been "thank you evil pope, that guy was creepy, please can you make him bleed out faster?"
him being a friend who we slowly formed a budding bromance with, rather than "that perv who wants my lalasausage" made his death WAY more emotionally impactful.
He's not a perv, he just has some sort of heavy obsession on the wol.
Did I misread, or did that interview say they officially support Windows 10? If so, I missed that announcement.

i'm the only one bothered by the fact that Yoshida did admit that they was unable to offer enough instance of diadem?
i means with a game for 4 million + people (as they have said) isn't normal to expect high congestion and to have the hardware ready for it?
i have the feeling the game don't receive the support he need, maybe explain why a lot of the content release seems halfassed soo far.... between the lack of manpower and hardware we can't expect them to do miracle, but still i'm bothered by the fact that every month they get more of 40.000.000 euro (and i'm sure i under estimate how much they get) even if we count the maintenance and support team for 10.000.000 (what is far too much) where go the other 30.000.000. i can understand that the society get them but don't they can reinvest a bit into the game? i means god with the cash they get per month can't we expect a better support of SE to the dev?
with 4 million people paying the 10 euro account for one years it's more of 480 million per years, i can't fathom why the team can't get a better support from the HQ with this much cash flowing... even if we take out the 120 million of support and stuff like this, i can't understand where go the 360 million...
