Padjal White Mages (like A-Towa-Cant) are the most powerful beings of Eorzea, being able to control lifestream itself, but only some of them achieve that level of mastery.

Isn't this pretty much canon though? It's not called lifestream in FFXIV, but the flow of aether that all beings return to at some point, so it's pretty much the same. As far as I remember, both WHMs and BLMs can use that power pretty much without limit, except for the fact that they die if the power they wield is not channeled properly (through lack of talent, not having a jobcrystal, etc.).
Since Black Magic is only being rediscovered lately and mostly through old books without an actual teacher, while the Padjal held onto the knowledge of White Magic over many generations and with the guidance of the elementals, I assume their mastery of it is on a different level.

If we're really going to stir up the crackpot theory then when dalamund fell, when Louisoux did what he did, he actually didn't send ANYONE 5 years into the future, but created a primal world which is killing the real Hydaelyn. The Warriors of Darkness entered the primal world and are trying to dismantle it before the true world dies.

I wonder if they'll go the Chrono Cross route?

Where the WoD (Chrono Trigger party) actually managed to save their world, yet due to the Singularity of us (WoL) their world/future was destroyed through our actions and our mere existence ended up splitting the world into 2 similar, but different parallel worlds?

I'm not a fan of dimensional/space/time travel, but it doesn't seem to be outside the lore from what tidbits we know

This reminded me of another head-canon! Midgardsormr follows the WoL out of curiosity but ends up tsundere liking them after the WoL unthinkingly pets him in his minion form. He's a glutton for head scritches and treats and naps. If you call him out on it, he gets really upset like, "Thou art merely a mortal, nothing more... but... mine ear doth itch slightly on the left side...."

He's basically a flying eldritch cat.

only head-cannon I usually have is a for fun mental backstory for any character I make (like how mines just my avi from another game which oddly enouf is just on the other side of the planet, or threw a void gate since they did have rifts of it opening in that game, White Knight Chronicles 1/2, not getting into the 1 I made for her in WKC's)

That said ever since my 1st MMO I always wondered what my avi does when I'm not logged in, since it is an online game, so I've gotten this thing were our Avi's suffer from eather Split-personalities/possesion when u log in or they are just actor's who run/tele back to were u logged them out fast when you do return (hence the loading screens)... thou in that case u gota wonder what they get paid & is the whole world one big movie act?... okay confusing myself now that is just silly she's just a digital created sprite right... unless that one theory my friend has is true... damn it even more confused now I'm just gona go
