    1. If your goal is "get aggro!" or "oh god this enemy is killing me I need Defiance", then Unchained remains a good idea. Discarding it completely because of Fell Cleave is not a good idea, especially before you're Level 60 with some gear. As for rotations to maximize damage, an Unchained rotation remains the same. Get a double Inner Beast in there and call it a day. For Deliverance rotations, it's all about fitting 3 Fell Cleaves in a Berserk. If you use both Vengeance and Raw Intuition(Level 56 Skill) to give stacks during the window, you can also easily fit a fully powered Fracture into Berserk with those 3 Fell Cleaves... but keep an eye on your Storm's Eye timer. Doing too many actions outside of combos will cause it to fall off. Use it twice in a row whenever you think it'll fall off.

    2. The usual Cross Class skills are as follows:

    Provoke
    Convalescence
    Internal Release
    Awareness
    Flash OR Second Wind

Mix that last slot up with whatever feels like it will be most useful in the current situation.

    3. At level 58, you get a skill called Equilibrium. If used in Defiance, it is a very potent Self Heal. If used in Deliverance, it restores 200 TP. It is on a 60 second timer. This should prevent all TP problems forever

And, regarding that video Freyyy is pushing down your throat... be wary of it. While I'm sure Mr. Vex means well, his videos are absurdly easy to misinterpret to the point that most people who watch them come out them worse at Tanking than when they began.

People who misinterpret this video are very dumb and are most likely not listening to the entirety of the video.
Here listen to what he says : https://youtu.be/HUXck-0vh5k?t=40m17s until the end of the video.

I've yet to see anyone who became a worst tank after watching his guide. I always recommend it to anyone asking me anything about WAR in game and it always helps them a LOT and I can assure you that I always see a very positive change in their playstyle after watching it.

Agreed. At no point does he ever advocate for doing things in one particular way 100% of the time. He even mentioned in one of his recent streams while joining some Thordan's Reign pf groups for fun (yes, he does do stuff like that, heck he was even doing Ravana ex in df as mnk lol) that he uses defiance a lot more during progression, and even now you will still see him using it at critical times in spite of how geared he is. Gear will never make defiance useless, you will just not need to have it on as often, especially when all the damage you're taking is from auto attacks and anything else that's not going to put you at immediate risk of dying.

War is a very flexible tank with many ways to handle things and many different skill synergies, and there is a lot more to being good at the job than just knowing opener rotations. That is why his videos on war are as long as they are, so that people can get a deeper understanding of it. I have found both his current one and the one for war in ARR to be very helpful. Tanking isn't even the main thing I do, it's like my third priority after healing (mostly as whm/sch) and dpsing as mnk, but thanks to the guides he has made and other general information I've seen elsewhere, I can still do quite well with it. Certainly not the best, but far better than most that I see on a regular basis who have issues with even the most basic requirements of tanking.
