You're welcome. What I said was purely what I've observed, nothing more. If I had actual proof of these things, I would have had these players banned long ago. Like the trolls above, nothing is as satisfying as getting people like that banned.

Nobody is trolling you, you just can't handle dissenting opinions. Another sign of severe immaturity. You may want to work on that.
Naw, there's nothing to work on. You just gotta have the last word. I'm quite happy with the way I am. Here I thought I was doing a service to people for showing them the truth. I guess as they say "Some people just can't handle the truth".
"showing the truth"
"I have no proof but I'm right because I say so"
Yeah, just keep on digging your grave deeper. I honestly feel sorry for you.
Forgive us for not taking you seriously, o most glorious and wise one.
First you said you were laughing, I thought that you were in good spirits. Now it sounds like your genuinely offended, yet nothing I said was directed at you. Sounds like your taking everything way to personally. I go no reason to dig any further into why your so salty, but seriously you might want to take your own advise.
Okay so now I think I have a pretty good grasp for the new WAR, using 30 STR, learning rotations, etc.
I am only using WAR for dungeon runs (Expert roulette tomes) so I do huge pulls. I noticed even since the beginning WAR is somewhat squishy and by switching to Deliverance my HP gets low when the healer relaxes or doesn't pay attention. I even ran into some healers thinking I took off Defiance on purpose as a troll but I guess they don't realize WARs now have to switch between these modes.
New questions:
1. I was thinking about going full DPS accessories with my WAR, is this viable for dungeon runs? As in, I noticed the 30 STR vs 30 VIT, the STR is definitely a better choice and has interested me in going full DPS accessories. I just hope the VIT drop isn't noticeable enough that I will run super low HP.
2. Is equilibrium a good enough substitute for Second Wind? I miss having SW and am using flash instead since I always do large pulls and am TP starving.
3. Is fracture good? I remember back in 2.0 fracture got a lot of bashing and puking from DPS classes.

1. It depends on your left side gear. If you only do dungeon runs, 14-15k HP in Deliverance is largely enough to tank the current level 60 dungeons. If you can get this number with full slaying, go for it. VIT is basically only useful for very high spike damage where you're at the risk of being one-shotted (or killed by an auto attack right after a tank buster). In dungeons, there is not a lot of moves like that. Some bosses can cleave pretty hard, but it's easily survivable with 14-15k while in Deliverance. Also, we now have 35 points, not 30.
2. Equilibrium is absolutely awesome. Second Wind cannot match. But you shouldn't have to Flash honestly, if you use Decimate (which is a free GCD that costs 0 TP) and Equilibrium while in Deliverance (+200TP), you shouldn't be TP-starving.
3. Fracture is still good on WAR since it is 300 potency with the trait. A lot of people thought it could be a DPS loss in 3.0 because it delays your next Fell Cleave, but even with Fell Cleave, the average potency per GCD is still lower than 300. Thus making Fracture a DPS gain. If you're interested about it, Fracture is still a DPS gain on MNK too but isn't recommended to refresh because of TP starving. As a WAR you don't have any TP issue on single targets.
As for AoE, you shouldn't have any problems with switching into Deliverance. What I do (and recommend doing) as a WAR during large pulls is : Open in Defiance with 2 Overpowers when everything is gathered properly, and then do a Storm's Eye combo on a random mob while weaving Vengeance, Bloodbath and Raw Intuition + Awareness into it and switch to Deliverance. Then Internal Release + Zerk, Decimate + Infuriate + Decimate, spam Overpower till pacified. You're basically indestructible during this window because you're mitigating tons of damage with Vengeance + Raw Intuition while self-healing with Zerk + Bloodbath on your very very high AoE damage (Decimate is DELICIOUS). Plus, keep in mind that if your healer is DPSing, you don't have any reason to be in Defiance after the aggro is established, since the max HP it provides are basically useless and the bonus in healing received is useless too while the healer is DPSing. It's not like Grit/Shield Oath that are directly mitigating incoming damage, thus being useful while the healer is DPSing. Defiance works in conjunction with your healer. Only switch back to Defiance if the DPS is too low and the healer has to stop DPSing, while you don't have Zerk, Bloodbath, Vengeance and stuff anymore. You can also stay in Deliverance and just use Thrill of Battle + Convo + Foresight. Use Equilibrium in Deliverance for TP unless your healer is struggling for whatever reason and you need an emergency heal (which shouldn't happen if you use your CDs properly and if the healer doesn't suck ass).
Good points, thx m8. +1
