    this guy gets it. If anything its a morale booster to help get you "geared" mentally as some of those star ranks can really hurt (I'm look at you dino island). However I do feel that it can easily surpass capped/raid gear easily. I saw a mistbreak scouting pants with 73 acc/det and 34 crit. If that's not OP idk what is and it can also be even better than that.

    The only issue I have with Diadem is that now it will be even harder to differentiate between legitimate good players who want to exceed their current bis for endgame, with players who just want enough to get by in the game.
