upgraded Eso is the biggest reason why people are not clearing A3S? i doubt it.

this has negligible impact on the raiding scene.

It has nothing to do with why people are or aren't clearing content. By adding to hunts they not only ruin the nature of what the Hunt is supposed to be, they make people who would actually want the upgrades not set foot into savage unless they're after a "BiS" set or the mount.
