Parser is a tool and let players control raid management. Could be against the TOS but nobody was banned for use parser. You could watch Elysium server first and the whm is using triggers and a parser.

It's a sorrow as player that developers create a raid with dps and gearchecks but without any messure can't determine how is going.

And for you to deny that those triggers are a crutch is a fallacy. Enjoy living in your third party gung-ho world, that came from WoW, GW2, or something of the like because FF has discouraged the use of any third party, and the devs left out a parser for a reason.
