And even if they make fights with more physical damage and less DPS checks, PLD current "superiority" mitigation-wise is unnecessary, it's overkill mitigation, so unless they make fights which are not survivable by anything other than a PLD (which would be even more unbalanced), the optimal MT will stay DRK if they don't touch PLD's MT DPS a little bit.

i was debating this with my FC about a week ago. unless SE makes content that absolutely needs PLD to survive it, DRK will be chosen over it. even if they do make such content then you can bet we will get some "DRK needs more buff" threads
