This is just not right. Most of the time people say hi at the start and not a word more. Most people who use duty finder for ex primals are there to learn aswell but seldom clear. (Not impossible but unlikely)

And in large scale duty finder dungeons (world of darkness and upcoming void ark ) it is a festering cesspool of trolls and the worst kind of people.

Duty Finder is still cross worlds... And while there are what you call "the worst kind of people" you can also find what I call the best kind of people. It all depends on luck...

Now what the EU data center (Chaos) could and should get is a new fresh world to say the least. On another point why dont EU players have a RP world? NA has Balmung, Im not a very big fan on RP myself but still... Something to think about.

That just takes a bunch of European roleplayers to choose one and start asking other roleplayers to go there. There's nothing from SE making Balmung a roleplay server. It's just the one that a bunch of roleplayers chose.

Yes, but as things re now its going to be quite hard for something like that to happen. I know this is virtually impossible but IF SE chose to TAG 1 of the EU worlds as an Oficial RP world it would make it so much easier !
Then again chances of that happen are under 0%.

Well at least a new world within the EU data center might come true soon. Unlike NA and JP we dont have dead worlds in the Chaos data center, we have Ragnarok and Odin both are comparable to Gigalmesh while Shiva is the french version of it. When it comes to end game.

Then all the remaining 5 EU worlds are very well populated, just not that much end game driven.

Its not like we have 24 Worlds(NA) or 32(JP)...
Maybe when they do release the new EU world there might be some effort from the players to make it into a RP one. We can only guess what the future brings us !
