Draw should be on an exact path. Balance -> Bole -> Spear -> Ewer -> Arrow -> Spire. That would equate to 30 second long 5% damage buff that'd you'd get in 1 minute and 30 seconds after drawing Balance. Spread would be on cooldown so drawing the arrow after ewer wouldn't mean you'd be able to get a RR arrow immediately after a Balance -- unless you shuffled or something. There's imperfections in this system - I'm just providing something different. I really want to see a true buffing class.

Celestial Opposition: This really needs to have more of an impact for Noct. Perhaps providing a shield or empowering the current shield an extra 10%.
Noct Sect: Adding a 5% damage buff on top of the healing buff would provide more of an incentive to take Noct stance. Ast in diurnal is very similar to whm. Ast in Noct is like a neutered Sch. Not as much damage and not as many extremely useful situational abilities.
