Fast exp if its available, more gil if available, and spirit bonding if it happens. Plus Trash dies really fast when compared to actual mobs, so Whm's can have fun out DPS-n the Blm in that moment. Just be glad they are all not being tied into some bigger game mechanic. Steps of Faith, Minotaur, Heads in Quarn, Sirus, crystal tower, Tamtara hard, Garuda King Moggle Mog, Halatali , Ever Weep, Sashta hard...
