Are those macro's literally like that? If so, here are the problems:

They're as written, and no wait time was given in the source. Last I'd checked, implied was "1" and you can't do partial seconds.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do with the Fey Illumination version, though. I'm guessing you want to use it as soon as it up, there is one problem with this:
You can only have one active macro timer at a time. The moment you press another macro, the previous macro timer will cease all functions.

No, I want her to cast it immediately after Embrace finishes, before she manages to get the next one started because I'm ramming the "cast this you wench" one down her throat. An interrupt would probably work, provided it interrupts manually cast Embraces(which I'm being told it doesn't). The goal was to have Fey Illumination and Fey Covenant to actually cast when I tell her to instead of waiting for her backside to actually get around to it, and the Rouse macro is for Whispering Dawn interrupt.

As a side note, this all is why I didn't have it macro'd in the first place.

Tried, couldn't get any of them to work, and then said screw it. Then I was given a set that work, but not the way I want them to entirely, and the ones I want to work *dont*.
