It's not being picky. You want glorified Inn rooms while we currently have entire neighborhood of 30 houses. Absolutly not the same thing.

I already answered les than two pages before your first post on the matter. Since you don't seem to follow the thread with a lot of attention, I'll quote myself:

I like my ward, the neighbors habits and wandering in the place to see what new stuff the neighbors added to their plot. Or even if a new FC arrived.

Yes, the actual system is very demanding in terms of technical ressources, but it add so much more flavor and value than a poor instantiated design you're suggesting.
You'd prefer a bland housing system but for everyone, rather than a flavorful but restricted one. I get where you're coming from, but not everyone think that way. Some people like that unique aspect to the current housing, even if it has quite a lot of issues.

I also answered your post, your ready comprehension seems to be lacking. Adding instanced housing DOES NOT mean the removal of existing housing wards. Can I somehow make that even easier for you to understand or you just going to ignore this rebuttal too?

That's not true at all, you are contradicting yourself pretty hard. What you said was this: "But why not cut the number of wards down, so people who don't care for the look and just want a house can get one."
You suggested to get rid of some wards to allow individual instanced housing. It's completly different from just "adding" instanced housing. You just want to shift the current neighborhood wards to instanced housing in the hypothesis that this won't take as much ressources so more people could get a personnal house.
It would be even harder for people to get a house in a ward, but in exchange they'd have access to a crappy individual instanced house. Hurray. Except that the ressources you would magically "save" from deleting current wards (and completly screw everyone on these wards, btw) would still be limited. It's completly possible that not eveyone would be able to get a house even then.

Besides, what you are suggesting was already debated the day individual housing was introduced. You are not bringing anything new here.
