Can we get an Official clarification on housing Demolish timer (45 or 90?)

While we're at it, why don't we take away people's zetas if they don't log into the game at least once every 45 days?

Terrible comparison. A zeta is not finite and everyone can access it regardless of how many people has it. Housing on the other hand, is limited.
