    WOW! My post got a lot of responses.

    Thank you all for the information!

    Dragoon rotation from the how to dragoon per second" topic:

    -> Repeat

    Monk rotation in a nutshell:
    Dragon Kick -> Twin Snakes -> Snap Punch/Demolish
    Bootshine -> True strike -> Snap Punch/demolish
    insert Touch of Death anywhere if it's about to fall off
    Use snap punch over Demolish if there's still time left on Demolish
    Insert oGCDs anywhere
    When I first read the Lancer's rotation I was like "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" *faint* It looked waaaay too complicated but then this was posted....

    Dragoon is simple as hell.
    And a light bulb went off!

    The rotation of a Monk and a Lancer are similar in structure. So, me playing my monk is actually a good choice, given my limitations.

And the dps loss if you don't refresh your stuff properlY, no matter if you let them fall of or clip them often, is substantial.

    I'd also say mnk is the way to go, since all of monk's timers line up naturally by just executing the rotation, with ToD being the only thing to have an eye on.
    I have to agree. But I will say Ninjas look like fun! In addition, Zyst's enthusiasm is infectious. It's great to encounter someone who loves their chosen class so much!

    Overall, it's looking like I should stay with Monk and try Dragoon at some point. I also read a bit about Black Mages and they seem kind of intimidating to play well. I'd like to hear from more players regarding them.
