While I agree about everything the job brings to the table, if the OP has issues watching timers, it is most certainly not the right class, since nin is literally all about watching timers (3 if you have war, 4 if you have to do DE yourself). And the dps loss if you don't refresh your stuff properlY, no matter if you let them fall of or clip them often, is substantial.

I'd also say mnk is the way to go, sonce all of mnk's timers line up naturally by just executing the rotation, with ToD being the only thing to have an eye on.
