I heard Yoshida made the team read a chapter of Naruto before working on the Ninja class, and that's plain as day with how they run, their abilities, etc.

The raid is going to drop upgrade materials for Eso gear.

Most likely not immediately, see also Syrcus Tower. It was a good amount of time after the raid's release before upgrade items were made available.

Chances are exceedingly high that it's going to look much the same. Seems to me the only armor that's going to have a difference between the genders is the caster armor, getting much the same treatment as the Scylla body.
