I imagine that Void Ark will have a i180 minimum. You can easily make that with Eso and Doman gear. You don't "need" the gear because you're not really facing any content that demands the numbers the higher ilevel gears give you.

pretty much the same thing with savage gear. Why would you need gear from savage when you can already beat savage without it?
At least A4S gear. A1-3S might have a case in being needed for A4S, but then again you have eso.
