So if the tank and healer was in a group where the dps failed to bring down the Dummy Mob and insta-drops, what happens to the DPS?

A personal dps meter isn't a bad idea. DPS check in dungeons aren't bad. But potentially holding the tank and healer hostage or making the DPS queues even worse are bad.

What happens if the healer fails to heal? Essentially giving responsibility to DPS just like the game already does it for tanks and healers.
