Anyone who thinks that doing content for months and then repeating it again with a few new mechanics is not boring deserves to get blasted.
Sorry but A1,2s can be done completely on autopilot and is probably even more boring than Normal Mode (so spamming normal mode before even doing it really doesn't help), A3s is the first turn that is really entertaining and in my opinion on savage difficulty.

I am just trying to find a solution for fact that we currently have to replace people every 2 weeks to even get to A4s, because everyone seems to be leaving raiding..

They don't force you to do the content, you do it yourself, if it's not fun, do other things, people act like FFXIV is the only game ever to exist ever in the world and there aren't any other options other than twiddling thumbs and that's just silly.

You don't have to play the game all the time all the time all the time and yet that's how these people act, they get bored doing the same thing over and over, of course it's natural anyone would get bored, guess what, step back, do something else, play another game, buy an indie game, go out, play a sport, do something else, watch netflix, go to the movies, do something else other than have this weird obligation that you are being forced to play this content you are clearly bored with.

It's not on SE to say "Hey you should stop playing this content after 20 times if you get bored" it's your own responsibility to realize, hey I'm not really in the mood to do this maybe I should do something else.

If you wanted to do Savage when it came out, you had to do normal. So yes, if you wanted to do Savage, you were forced. Doesn't matter how you call it.

EDIT: I meant that you had to farm it to be geared.
