Please release nest Normal and Savage raids at the same time.

Anyone who thinks that doing content for months and then repeating it again with a few new mechanics is not boring deserves to get blasted.
Sorry but A1,2s can be done completely on autopilot and is probably even more boring than Normal Mode, A3s is the first turn that is really entertaining and in my opinion on savage difficulty.

I am just trying to find a solution for fact that we currently have to replace people every 2 weeks to even get to A4s, because everyone seems to be leaving raiding..

That may have to do more with the Raids themselves and the fact that they require heavy scheduling formatting. It seems people got a taste of what casually raiding is like, and prefer it to hardcore raiding.
