If it was a dungeon, I'd agree with you. But it's a raid, of which we get one every 4 months. It's not a piece of content like Triple Triad, and no one is asking for it to be catered exclusively to the casuals. In fact, people who are asking for normal to be removed are asking for it to be catered to the minority. The hypocrisy is honestly astounding.
