Is anyone else burnt out?

I'm on break right now. I remember during 2.0 I used to feel completely overwhelmed in content that interested me even when I caught up to patches. Somehow, 3.0 killed that off. I want to say 3.1 will give me that spark again, but going by what was shown(hopefully the live letter next month gives more), it looks completely uninteresting. Since i'm in mostly eso/xander gear, void ark probably won't drop as much relevant gear. Sure, it can go to an alt(about time mudra lag is being fixed...), but i'm not sure if it's enough of a reason to resub. Lords of whatchumacallit looks like dead after a week content like the rest of GS. Story quests will probably be up to 3 hours of my interest. Airship voyages are probably going to be the annoying cousin of hunts. Relic questline i'll probably do(and hate) after what they did with 2.0 relic's viability compared to coil weapons.

Sort of yes, pvp keeps me going for now.
Working on my 6th level 60 class and the rest at 50 and the new classes bellow 50 but i very much am in no hurry to level them

Nah. Even playing several hours daily, I have a pretty long burnout threshold and I'm not anywhere close to reaching it. I still have a laundry list of things I want to do, and I don't ever take breaks between patches.

But, to each their own.

Burned out? No. Do I wish there was more to do? Yes. I feel like every mmo I have played has had "downtime". Sometimes it's after launch sometimes it's mid exp. but I just enjoy it as time to level crafts/alt jobs that I normally wouldn't make time for during the grind phases. But yes I am definitely looking forward to 3.1

I'm nowhere near being burned out, but at the same time I realize I have an abnormally high grind tolerance and I'm easily entertained.

Or pehaps I've devoured the hearts of too many Korean MMORPG Gold Farmers and thus gained their inhuman fortitude.

The sad truth is that many of us are asking for a continuous flood of content and no-stop 24x365 entertainment, for some dollars a month. That's simply impossible.

I'm a little burnt out, trying to excuse myself into doing things I'd not normally be fond of doing, but it's hard still. As it stands I've taken a DPS class to L19, and I'm already finding it to be a lot more dry than I'd like it to be.

Pfft. I'd settle for a more fixed schedule of updates that considered vacation time, not having to push back a launch multiple times for it. Apparently that's even too much to ask for.

EDIT: Anybody else bothered by the fact they closed the other thread about this? Didn't seem to violate any rules or have any issues, nor was an explanation provided as to it being closed.
