The interesting part about the argument that we are getting less is this. They have not told us everything coming with patch 3.1, they never do. We will get a few surprises, you can count on that. How good said surprises will be remains to be seen.

What we've gotten, when you break it down to the workload for each department, what they've already announced is about what we would normally get for a patch as well. It's just fewer bullet points on an general itemization list.
Think of the workload for the development team, including the combat team to design the Exploration Missions alone, and you'd realize we're getting more out of it than the dungeons and Extreme fights we're going to be lacking.
They're handing us an entirely new endgame system - something we've been requesting for months. While it only itemizes one bullet point, that's not small by any means. And it likely occupied a lot more of the development team than Housing, considering Housing had no combat design mechanics to speak of.
Given that most dungeons amount to corridors lined with trash mobs and punctuated by boss fights, I think I'll be ok with what is effectively a zone filled with things like that built more dynamically. We likely got more than 2 dungeons worth out of the whole ordeal.

Huh? They have always told us what main content were getting each patch... I think the only thing they may have not officially announced on their LL is 3.0 relics... which they will tell us at the FATE(or tell us it's been delayed til 3.15). Still, What you see is what you get.
