I think we are loosing the posibility of dev take this treath seriosly since the OP just dont stop to try to hold an eternal discussion about he know the future and trying to answer all arguments against him.

I really sorry. Becouse the first Post is interesting. And some ideas i read in this threat too. Just want to devs hear the main dea. Hey guys. Take care. In a way or another, we Want variety on the classes and jobs. I just think the class = job(advance class) is the longest way. Becouse to give the ability to do diferents things to a simple class they will have to desing 2or 3 diferents job xclusively for a simple class. Think in how many time will take this.

But is they open the posibility of cross job whit any class u want (whit certain limitation such a weapon or dmg type) the will only need to develope one job to create 6 differents pottential playstyles. Gladi-war Pug-war Lnc-war etc.
