Actually, the OP is too big to have been posted in one go, and had to be edited to be that long, so he/she may have left a one-line (or otherwise very short) post, and Sasuke checked the topic and replied before the edit went in (Sasuke's post time is only 2 minutes after the OP's initial post time, after all).

On the OP's topic, I'm with the OP, and was actually very surprised to see that people who wanted to would be able to get free transfers off of the EU servers but not onto them.
