Rotations / macro for Lv.60 one-star

I don't have macro for 1 star yet. Apparently, progress is an issue. At 730-ish craftsmanship, we need about 5 to 6 steps to complete the item even if we use Rapid Syn. But Rapid Syn is a bad idea for macro anyway. I think at higher craft like 800, we can probably use MaMa+FS, then Ingen2+CS II for completion.
