What would you like to replace Fey Dusk with?

I would rather have a 2 second silence added to energy drain and maybe give a 30 second duration CRIT buff of like 3% instead, like a mini battle litany. AST can't boost crit so it would be special amongst healers.

Hmm that would also inadvertently buff SMN. I mean if anything the silence from selene should at least be made into an AoE for cc in PvE (reduced in PvP) like Monk's Arm of the Destroyer but on a cooldown
