It's a team effort! I got into a PF for A1S today and we hit enrage on Faust despite my pulling 1300-1400 solely on Faust because other dps were sub-1000. They subsequently couldn't kill their adds in the Oppressor fight so we couldn't even begin to make progress. 2/3 of them had basically no experience with the fight, though, so it wasn't really anything that could be helped.

Just takes practice to get down your rotation on the fight and when to use which skills~

Yup! After some practice I figured out that usually right after my opener finishes, he gets to using Resin Bomb so we all stack for that, then we converge and keep going. Then the Oppressor usually uses resin bomb after releasing the first adds after .5 is out, so I grab mine start dpsing until resin hits then pull it over to a laser and kill it.

After that the tanks are still focusing on trying to survive the tankbusters xD

I am very happy with this team...just sad that I was only subbing for their SMN lol! But with my help they finally pushed past Faust.

I'm still working on hitting all GCDs on time, but even when I do vanilla runs (not even hitting oGCDs save for BotD and GK) just for testing, I find I am still at about 1-3 seconds left after 2nd GK and before the 5th combo*

*could be off on what I mean, I'm tired lol

Keep at it! Work on the mechanics till you're completely used to it.
Worry about the DPS after.
As long as you get the jump phase safely, it should all be smooth sailing after.
