What does Heavensward actually bring to the table as an expansion?

Notice I have several characters, this is even my 2nd account. I started playing September 22nd 2010 1.0. ( Release of the Collectors ED and early access) It takes a lot of time to make a game, 2, 3, 4 years? in 2013 they started literally making a whole new game, while people were, and are, still playing the game. What they have accomplished in the last 2 years is quiet amazing really..

This excuse, has been used and reused on so many MMO's ive played and sunk ship by some of the super defensive player base that refuse to see it's faults the usual excuse of this board being "It's not even the first expansion", now I'm trying to generalize what's the new excuse, if that's so, maybe they should of rethought the strategy of releasing so much disposable content at this incredibly super fast rate, refocus their resources on different ways of doing what they established, other ways of capping esoterics besides running the same dungeon and what's looking that 3.1 will be the exact same thing with 2 new dungeons.

It's also nice that you enjoy leveling other character and even have a second accounts, but I find bizarre, that I read other comunities yesterday and see people bring this argument:

You have no right to talk that there's no content, are all your classes 60 and your crafts 60?

I would probably enjoy leveling crafts, maybe, if it wasn't so broken, they ruined one of the things I enjoyed in 2.0 doing to pass my time, but it still is not a valid excuse of content, there's always people in MMO's that don't enjoy crafting, and people that do not enjoy re rolling alts and thus is just subjective content, this isn't Diablo III where you benefit of rerolling characters each new season because there's new drops and leaderboards exclusive of new season characters.

I feel like I can give a sigh of relief however, that the NA community is not alone in being tired of the formula, yesterday I browsed the Japanese boards, and they are also unhappy and complaining about the same topics being discussed here recently, being tired of the content and how they are considering to stop playing. Hopefully, with the complains in both ends, they will revise the stratergy and planning for future patches.
