What does Heavensward actually bring to the table as an expansion?

>_> We have had patience. SE's had 2 years to introduce something new and they haven't. Especially since HW feels like an update, rather than an expansion. Remember, Yoshi said in 2.0 he was building the foundation, then he'd give us actual content. It's been 2 years, where's the actual content? All I'm seeing is rehashed dungeons, only 1 way reasonable way to get tomes, still can't queue with chocobo out, can't hide quests, can't buy in singles on MB, player housing was supposed to be different than FC housing, exactly the same etc, the list goes on.
