Please reduce the Esotheric reward for the team that finished 2nd and 3rd

If you remove or reduce eso tomestones rewards it would mean less reason for people to queue up for pvp. On Chaos DC that would mean more switching away from Adders, you can check the rankings yourself (even funnier if you sort by win-loss-ratio) and longer queues for everyone else. As an Adder my queue is pretty short (14 minutes vs >30 for the other two) and you're almost certainly losing. The reasons for that are many, personally I don't care as much since I've already gotten my floating orb.
But if you remove or reduce eso tomestones I mostly certainly wouldn't queue for it anymore and, I'm just guessing here, so would many others who make the matches happen in the first place.

I have to come back to this again: By win-loss-ratio you have 5 Mael and 0 Adders in the top 100 last month on Chaos DC. What do you think would happen on Adders side when you get 0 or reduced esoterics?
