[DEV REQUEST] Hiding hotbars when weapon is sheathed

It's one more UI thing for the PS3 to cope with. It may be harder than you think.

I don't know if there is a difference here because I am not a console user, but I am a controller user and you can hide all the hotbars until you actually hold down L1 or R1 to use them.

i can only assume you can do the same with the controller on the console too.
