It's actually been brought up a few times, but it gets burried between the two camps fighting over instant airships or not without actually discussing the means and motive behind it. most of the people against it have mainly stated.

"I don't want it to be unlimited" sure there are a few people who flat out don't want it (Hell I'd prefer it to not be that way but whatever) but I mainly just don't want it to be free, considering how the boat is free it's safe to assume they probably wont charge anything for the airship either. I don't mind it being free until they actually add the trip or whatever either but somewhere down the road I would like there to be some sort of cost associated with instant means of teleportation.
