I know all that, and by B1 I mean B1. Unless I get a mana tick after F3, I have to wait up to three seconds to have enough mana to cast B4. Would be nice to get at least B1 off during that, and it's not possible with only party buff for Au Ra.Not sure what you're asking. Do you mean Blizzard IV? You shouldn't be using blizzard 1 in your opener. You shouldn't have an issue. You need 264 pie to do that opener which you have with party buff as that race. There is always a chance you'll be waiting for a tick during Blizz 4 unless you Thunder 1 before for the 6xF4 opener.
Yoshi-P is doing his best and is patching Endwalker. Please wait warmly until it is ready.

I'd really like to help you and answer your question, but I'm afraid I don't understand. Maybe I'm just reading something wrong, and it could totally be me. You are trying to cast Blizzard 4 after Fire 3? First of all blizzard 1 is a dps loss. You shouldn't be using it at all except for very specific circumstances. Such as, you just used a thundercloud proc at the end of your rotation and need to fill time while your MP ticks twice before going back into Astral Fire. And that would only be if there was a single mob, or you'd be better off filling that time with thunder on a second mob. I am also an Au Ra - Raen and I have 263 pie pre party bonus. You are doing something abnormal in your rotation. Once you finish your Fire rotation, you use Blizzard III. After that, if you don't have enough mana to cast Blizzard 4, you can fill that time with Thunder
Let's see here... After the opener shenanigans, I hit B3 and I'm left with around 200 mana or whatever, which means I have to wait for a mana tick before I can cast B4. Now if I had enough Piety to always cast B1 while waiting for that long tick, which seems to be the case more often than not, I would be actually doing something instead of just standing around looking stupid for three seconds. I guess I could just do the opener with Flare to solve that problem, but I'd have to spend like five minutes learning it and I'm lazy. Now if it could be solved instead by just putting one stat point into PIE, I'd do just that. You get more variance to your DPS from natural occurences alone than that one point of INT affecting it one way or another.I'd really like to help you and answer your question, but I'm afraid I don't understand. Just to make sure: I'm not talking about the normal rotation, but strictly about phase just after B3 in the 6xF4 opener. I'm not sure where you got the normal rotation from when the only thing I ever mentioned was the opener.

Honestly I'd rather gamble on smashing B4 for a mana tick than B1 at that point. That's just me though, I'm not sure if the math supports that.Let's see here... If you are opening with a F3, then you will need about 365 Piety to have enough MP to jump into B4.
If you start with a B3, then you will always have enough MP for it.
