YES I WOULD HAPPILY DEDICATE A COOLDOWN TO THIS.

Actually they had stated that they did not take into mind healers dpsing when they created the jobs and the game content. The expac seems to take this into account but 2.0 did not as yoshi p stated in one of his live letters.

They totally take this into account with how they release content before it's possible to clear without healers dpsing.

They aren't that stupid....

I would prefer this over that weird fairy with the angel wings that shows up during the LB.

I know that healers have very low accuracy in HW, but how is it that bio II and bio hit more then miasma?
